Cook
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / As Needed
Availability: Ongoing Recruitment
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Cook to join our team and help prepare high-quality meals for our guests and events.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to established menus, recipes, and quality standards.
Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently and professionally.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen and food preparation area.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
Assist with meal preparation for retreats, events, ceremonies, and special occasions.
Monitor food supplies and communicate when ingredients or kitchen supplies need to be replenished.
Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule.
Requirements
Previous experience working as a cook or in a professional kitchen is preferred.
Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen hygiene.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization.
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work different schedules depending on guest and event requirements.

Security Personnel
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / As Needed
Availability: Ongoing Recruitment
We are looking for responsible, professional, and dependable Security Personnel to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests, staff, and property.
Responsibilities
Monitor the property and maintain a visible security presence.
Help ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and visitors.
Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas as required.
Maintain awareness of activity throughout the property and identify potential security concerns.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents or emergencies.
Follow established security procedures and instructions from management.
Report any incidents, concerns, or unusual activity promptly.
Assist with maintaining a safe and orderly environment during events and ceremonies.
Provide courteous assistance to guests when appropriate while maintaining professional boundaries.
Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of guests and staff.
Requirements
Previous security or related experience is preferred.
Responsible, trustworthy, and professional approach to work.
Strong observation and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Good judgment and attention to detail.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and during special events when required.
